General terms and conditions

Welcome to SAFHA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:

  1. SAFHA : the sole proprietorship/company that offers personalized printing and decorative products.
  2. Customer : any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with SAFHA.
  3. Agreement : any agreement between SAFHA and the customer regarding the delivery of products and/or services.
  4. Products : all (personalised) products offered by SAFHA, including but not limited to invitations, cards, thank-you gifts, printed matter and decorative items.

Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between SAFHA and the customer.
  2. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  3. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by SAFHA.

Article 3 – Offers and Quotations

  1. All offers and quotations from SAFHA are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  2. Since many products are handmade and personalized, colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from examples or photos.
  3. Quotes are valid for the period stated therein. If no period is specified, they are valid for 14 days.

Article 4 – Orders and Agreement

  1. An agreement is concluded when SAFHA confirms the order in writing or digitally.
  2. The customer is responsible for correctly supplying and checking all data (such as names, dates and texts) before final approval.
  3. After approval of the design or proof, no changes can be made.

Article 5 - Products and Personalization

  1. Our articles are made with care and to measure.
  2. The customer is responsible for providing correct data for personalization (such as names, dates and colors).
  3. Please check your order carefully before placing it.

Article 6 – Prices and Payment

  1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  2. SAFHA reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  3. Payment must be made using the agreed payment method and within the specified timeframe.
  4. If payment is not made, SAFHA is entitled to suspend or cancel the execution of the agreement.

Article 7 - Order and Payment

  1. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
  2. Payment must be made immediately upon placing the order using the payment methods available on our website.

Article 8 - Shipping and collection policy

  1. We offer both shipping via PostNL and collection by appointment.
  2. Pick up locations are: Zaandam, Eindhoven, Helmond and Turnhout (Belgium) .
  3. Pickup is only possible after consultation. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.
  4. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are visible in the shopping cart.
  5. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Insured shipping is available for an additional fee; this insurance is provided by PostNL.

Article 9 – Delivery and Delivery Times

  1. Delivery times are indicative and may vary, partly due to the handmade and personalized nature of the products.
  2. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  3. SAFHA is not liable for delays caused by third parties, such as postal or courier services.

Article 10 – Personalized Products and Right of Withdrawal

  1. Since all our products are personalized, returns or exchanges are not possible .
  2. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to the final nature of your order.
  3. Any complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 11 - Liability

  1. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of our products, errors in supplied data, or delays/losses at PostNL.
  2. Minor deviations in colour, size or finish are considered acceptable and do not constitute grounds for liability.

Article 12 - Intellectual property

  1. All designs, texts and images on this website are the property of SAFHA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce or commercially use SAFHA designs without prior permission.

Article 13 – Force Majeure

  1. In the event of force majeure, SAFHA is entitled to suspend or terminate the agreement.
  2. Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the control of SAFHA that temporarily or permanently prevents compliance with the agreement.

Article 14 - Changes to terms and conditions

  1. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
  2. The most current version can always be found on our website.

Article 15 – Privacy

  1. SAFHA processes personal data solely for the execution of the agreement and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
  2. Personal data will not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
