No, returns or exchanges are not possible , because our products Personalized and custom-made. Therefore, please carefully check all details (such as names, dates, and colors) before ordering.
2. Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, that's possible! Pickup is available in:
- Zaandam
- Eindhoven
- Helmond
- Turnhout (Belgium)
Pick up is by appointment only . Please contact Always contact us first to schedule a pick-up time before placing an order.
3. How will my order be shipped?
We ship via PostNL . Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are visible in your shopping cart.
Indicative rates:
- Average package within the Netherlands: €7.95
- Average package to Belgium: €10.00
4. Can I have my order shipped insured?
Yes, that's possible for an additional fee. Insurance is provided by PostNL. Please note that we are not liable for damage or loss during shipping .
5. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the product, how busy it is, and whether you're ordering for delivery or pickup. We strive to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe. Feel free to contact us if you have a specific date in mind.
6. Do you also offer express delivery?
Yes, urgent delivery is available for an additional €25. Please contact us in advance via the contact form, email, or social media to discuss the options. Urgent orders are only final after our confirmation.
7. Can I personalize the text on the labels, favors, and cards?
Yes, the text on labels, favors, and all types of cards (such as invitations and place cards) can be fully customized. You can specify your desired text in the notes section during the checkout process in the shopping cart.

8. Can I make changes after placing my order?
That depends on whether we haven't started production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible . In many cases, changes are unfortunately no longer possible once we've started.

If you've discovered an error in the information you entered, please contact us as soon as possible . We are not responsible for errors made during ordering, but we're happy to help you find a solution.

12. What materials do you use for the candles and soaps?
We use only natural products, such as soy wax for our candles, fragrance oil, dyes, and essential oils for our soaps. The base of our soaps is glycerin.
13. Is the honey in the honey jars organic?
Yes, we use organic honey at the customer's request, directly from the beekeeper.
14. Are your products handmade?
Yes, all our products are 100% handmade with great care and attention to quality.
